Special Event Volunteer

POSITION SUMMARY:

Special Event Volunteers will provide additional customer service support to our visitors during special programming and events held at the Center. Interested individuals should be outgoing and friendly and enjoy working with people. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who would like to get involved, but have limited time available. Most special events take place in the evenings and on weekends. Evening events include lectures and book signings, where volunteers assist with way finding, registration, ticket-taking, and ushering. Weekend events are family oriented, where volunteers assist with crafts and other interactive activities. Special Event Volunteers must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

TO APPLY:

Contact Karen Kennedy Fink, Human Resources & Volunteer Coordinator at 215-409-6761, or kfink@constitutioncenter.org, to request a volunteer application.
