Service Learning
The National Constitution Center's service-learning
projects for elementary, middle, and high schools are
project-based curricula that bring together students, teachers, and community
partners in ways that foster responsible citizenship and promotes a lifelong
involvement in civic and social issues.
A fundamental goal of the NCC
service-learning projects is to integrate community service into classroom
instruction in a meaningful yet methodological way that connects students with
their environment through interactive curriculum
strategies. America Volunteers
